We provide Graduates the opportunity to Get Busy and Get Dirty making stuff every day.

Who knows if Manufacturing is for you, but we provide a great opportunity to figure it out alongside plenty of young Teammates! You’ll also get weekly training on a variety of Business & Manufacturing topics.

Full-Time & Part-Time Work is available. Our Tour & Interview sessions include a 30-40 minute session running machines on our shop floor with our teammates. We want to make sure you know what you’re signing up for….no mysteries/no surprises.

The final stage of the process involves interviews with our Senior Managers and a review of a potential offer to join our team!

Criteria to Apply

High school or college graduates
Willing to work on the shop floor, get dirty and learn how to make stuff
Capable of standing for the duration of shift
Attention to detail important
Mechanical aptitude a plus

Applicants must currently reside in the Northeastern Ohio area and must be US Citizens.
