Step 1

Step 2

We’ll contact you to schedule an initial tour & interview session in typical business attire. We want you to see our shop floor and the tour/interview process allows us to assess your machining skill set.

Step 3

 A second interview follows in work clothes, so you can work on the shop floor to demonstrate your skills and get a better idea of how you’ll fit in with our Team.

Criteria to Apply

 

  • Minimum 10 Years CNC Machining Manufacturing Experience
  • Currently in Leadership Role
  • Desire and ability to teach and train others 
  • Methodical in how you approach work
  • Detail-oriented
  • Tight tolerance experience with machining and inspection 
  • Extensive experience in any of the following CNC Vertical Mills, CNC Horizontal Machine Centers and CNC Laithes and CNC Wire EDMs
  • Applicants must currently reside in the Northeastern Ohio area and must be US Citizens
